The apartment is located in the center of old Tbilisi. House at 18 Atoneli street is a historical building that is a monument of cultural heritage and has been fully rehabilitated. The architecture of the XIX-XX centuries gives a special charm to these place. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. There is one living room and one bedroom, Also entrance and bathroom. Kitchen corner has everything you need. There is also a washing machine. The house has everything to spend time comfortably.

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.
