All bedrooms have TVs, including family room and gaming room/office, which can be shut off from other rooms for a quiet space. Literally two to three minutes away from I-4, highway 417 and a multitude of shopping and dining options. Universal Studios, Sea World and Daytona International Speedway are all within about 40 minutes, while Disney World and Kennedy Space Center are about 50 - 60 minutes. Also easy access to Sanford and Orlando International Airports.

Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!
