This 190 sq. ft. tiny house is a ten minute drive to either Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, a four minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles, and a 15 minute drive to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. The major theme parks are a 30 to 45 minute drive, depending on traffic.

Enjoy a warm and inviting stay in our beautiful Sanctuary in your own private guest quarters, sweetly dubbed, "The Hillside Haven Oasis" This is an extension of our home, similar to a Mother In Law Suite. Only shared space would be the outdoors and we leave that for your private enjoyment. Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.

Farmhouse type decor in a quiet neighborhood near Gemini Springs which has bike and hiking trails by the St John’s River. Boat launches nearby (free), lots of local dining. Located between the Orlando area as well as Daytona. The Sunrail station is very close and it can take you into the Orlando area-Winter Park is a fun trip.
