The apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with multiple channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a terrace with sea views. The property has an outdoor dining area. There is excellent Starlink Wifi.

Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

Seagull Cottage - a riverside bach near the beach.

Find your calm at Seagull Cottage. Being right on the river, only a short stroll to the beach, and next to all the bike trails - it's the perfect holiday home to enjoy all your favorite activities from boogie boarding, biking and fishing to reading, napping and board games. This little bach brings it all together in the perfect location with a big garden and sunrise/sunset seat overlooking the river.
