The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

You are welcome to use balcony (shared with one other apartment) on the third / top floor with a view over the islands and the nearby church tower. Enjoy this romantic place and watch the sunset with seagulls flying over the sky.

House have three comfortable bedrooms, spacious living space with sofa bed which can be additional accommodation for two more individuals. You can also relax in your lounger by the pool because house is surrounded by peaceful nature and meadows.

The 2 holiday apartments do not use the pool and garden of Villa Costa and are rented separately.
