If you are looking for a great lakefront with beach access; this is your place! Nice pebble beach and sturdy dock to watch wonderful Seneca Lake sunrises. After a day of wine touring just take a quick turn off the trial for a quiet place to watch the cottages across the lake sparkle as the sun sets on them. This space is a small, cozy set up. A low loft above offers 2 twin beds while downstairs there is a queen bed and a couch pullout. Nice wrap around deck offers a great place to grill outside.

The tiny home is located in a forest setting (hike in) area on our property, with access and views of a 10 acre pond. We provide a canoe and a row boat for use on the pond.
