Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Rent a pontoon, kayak or bike at Sylvan Beach Supply Co. Rest in the spacious master king bed with a lake view. Or choose the queen, full, or two twin beds. Dining seats 10 plus 4 barstools. 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fans, heat, Wifi, 2 Roku TVs, games, and fireplace for year round use. It's lake time!

We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas.
