Relax and enjoy the outdoors at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the Black River Canal which offers trails for hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking , and snowmobiling within steps from the cabin. Bring your side by side or snowmobiles and leave from the cabin to access miles of trails both locally and in the Tug Hill region. 3 mi. from the cabin is a superb 18 hole well maintained golf course. After a fun day of riding, hiking, biking or kayaking relax in the woods around a cozy fire.

Perched in privacy on the Black River is a rustic Tree House designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature. Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away
