The neighborhood is located close to downtown and right off the highway. Bemis and Walnut Hill park, are a 5min walk from the house and great for kids and pets. TD Ameritrade, CHI, Old Market and Blackstone are all less then a 10min drive from the house.

The home is located in the Grove neighborhood, which is very safe and has a park, splash pad, and walking paths. The neighborhood is minutes from Village Pointe shopping area, twenty minutes from Old Market and the downtown area, and half an hour from the airport.
