Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

You can walk to town and to the well connected rail service into London (28 minutes) & the south west. We are 4.5 miles from the M25, Junction 11, & within easy access to Heathrow & Gatwick airports. The kitchen has Nespresso coffee, a combination microwave & an air fryer. The rainshower is above the bath. The internet TV has Netflix & Prime etc.

A peaceful private annex in a wonderful semi-rural location in the picturesque village of Pirbright. The annex has off street parking and its own separate entrance. Pirbright is an archetypal Surrey village, with a pretty village green and two excellent pubs. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it is perfect for walking and cycling. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.
