The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

Quaint Cottage, historic Thirsk

Lilac Cottage is situated in a quiet mews with a private small garden suntrap. Its location gives easy access to the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, Dales, Moors and East or West coasts. It is walking distance to the racecourse, Herriot Museum and train station plus the beautiful market square of Thirsk. Buses run regularly to Ripon, Northallerton and York. Parking is on the street with a disc, but free parking is also available. Restaurants, pubs and shops are all within a two minute walk.

Railway Carriage Hideaway

A beautiful hand-renovated 1960s railway carriage, nestled in a quiet rural farm in Norton le Clay, North Yorkshire. Featuring bespoke detail throughout, our unique hideaway features a luxurious double bed with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a cosy log burner. Outside, enjoy the fenced private space with a fire pit/BBQ, games and seating overlooking the iconic White Horse. Tucked behind a wildflower bank with its own track and parking, this is a peaceful spot to unwind.

The floor to roof glass front faces West so stunning sunsets are a feature with views out to paddocks with horses and hens. Walk in shower room with door opens to black splash surround and a copper colour rainfall shower and black sink, loo and floor. Striped bamboo flooring throughout. Pitched roof with windows so when lying in bed you can see the stars at night.

Treblenick House

Welcome to Treblenick House, a 1930s house which still has many of its original features with a large private garden and parking for two cars. Treblenick House is ideally situated close to York Road, Sutton Bank and less than a ten minute walk into the picturesque Market Place, where there are cafes, bars and restaurants and plenty of independent shops, the Ritz cinema and of course the famous Herriot Centre and Thirsk Racecourse. There are also some lovely walks in and around Thirsk.

Situated next door to Spitfire, a converted WW2 Nissen Hut, in a quiet rural location in Dalton near Thirsk. Ample off street parking. Lancaster offers a unique spacious living area with high ceilings, breakfast bar and separate dining table, complete with open plan kitchen leading to king and twin rooms and modern shower room. Polished concrete underfloor heating throughout. Outside area offers a private space, fully fenced and hot tub and views over the countryside. Self check-in.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.

Our guests are raving about the property’s proximity to everything and the centre of Thirsk. This cosy 2 bed house has a double bedroom and a single bedroom and can comfortably accommodate up to one couple and one other guest. The kitchen is fully stocked with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Outside, the fully fenced garden is perfect for al fresco dining. The bathroom has a shower over bath, sink and toilet. Children under 18 stay for free 1 max. Dogs OK 2 max.
