Nature awaits in beautiful Western Bay. Stroll to the sandy beach for sunbathing, beachcombing, or ocean play. Or to The Overfalls, a natural swimming pool and waterfall. Visit cows, sheep and goats in the neighbouring meadows. Hike the boardwalk to the lighthouse. Located 20 minutes north of Carbonear on Highway 70, the traditional biscuitbox house has 2 large bedrooms with double beds, living room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom. Comfort and privacy, owners are nearby if needed.

The harbour is a short walk where you can take in the scenic views and the smell of the sea air. Winterton is located on Trinity Bay. Home to the Wooden boat museum. Located between the major tourist attractions of Trinity and Bonavista - minutes away from the Port Rexton Brewery and the Skerwink Trail. Ideal for couples and/or families being in walking distance from the Champney’s West Aquarium. Our front deck overlooks the ocean and is breathtaking - the perfect place to sit and enjoy a beverage!
