The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities.
