Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Villa Luka is a private seaview villa for up to 15 guests, ideal for families and groups of friends. It offers full privacy, a private pool, barbecue facilities, and is within walking distance to the beach. The villa spans three floors and features 5 double bedrooms, sofa beds, 4 bathrooms, and 3 fully equipped kitchens, allowing both shared and private living. Outdoor spaces include three sea-view terraces, a private swimming pool, and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and socializing.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
