At this cozy cabin retreat you are perched amongst the trees at Bonogin, yet minutes from dining and entertainment on the Gold Coast, Australia. Two-bedroom, two-storey and Sleeps 4 comfortably. Nestled on the back of Springbrook National Park, this area offers plenty of relaxing, walking and nature activities. Walking distance to a local eatery/coffee shop/general store and only 12 minutes to Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast and only about 20 minutes to the glorious beaches. We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, privacy, and great views amongst nature! Spend the afternoon exploring nature and the walking trails and then cosy up by the fireplace at night. It's possible to hike to the top of Bally Mountain. With multiple trails, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the area. This unique two-storey, two-bedroom house is equipped with every possible amenity to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. In addition to the large bedrooms that are all tastefully decorated and fitted with comfortable Queen sized beds, the house includes a bathroom with claw-foot tub/shower, a living room with a piano and fireplace, and an open kitchen – all laid out on two floors. The interior is tastefully furnished, harmoniously marrying the modern with traditional antique and rustic elements, all bathed in an abundance of natural light. The fully-equipped modern kitchen comes with refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the utensils and crockery you need to cook your favorite dishes. Bathroom with slate floors and claw-foot bathtub/shower also includes a brand new washer/dryer. The cabin offers an amazingly large deck overlooking the rainforest and the fresh-water creek, and you can barbeque on the deck. To get a Verified ID, you're asked to provide a government-issued ID along with an online profile. A Verified ID also requires a profile picture and verified phone number. The villa is actually set at the founding point of Ubud and many speak of the amazing energy and peace they experience here; but whether you regard yourself as spiritual or not, you are sure to come away from Indah Shambala reinvigorated by the experience. We often hear our guests talk of being conflicted in that as much as they want to go on tours and spend time looking about Ubud, they are equally enticed to just spend all their days lazing at home: it really is that great a space. If you do choose to spend more time at home we can bring Ubud to you by providing in house massages, in home meals and a number of other services. Simply talk to our staff and they will do their best to cater to your every need.. Guests will have access to the entire villa with the exception of the staff room at the rear of the property. Myself and the Indah Shambala team are present as little or as much as you need them. The staff come in daily to make your breakfasts and service your rooms and will stay as long as you have need of them... If you require even more privacy just let them know and they discreetly slip away. Your wish is their command.. The house is located in an exclusive Ubud precinct on Ubud's Royal Road. A supermarket and many restaurants, spas, shops, and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. Ubud Palace is in walking distance. The villa affords a leisurely stroll into town, but also offers you the service of our own wonderful driver, Nyoman, who will give you the best pricing on day trips and tours. There are also drivers permanently located at Bintang Supermarket, which is just outside the front gate, who can help you with all your last minute travel arrangements If you are an early bird or even if you are not, it is really worth making the effort to get out of bed and experience at least one sunrise from the villa. Step back in time to a hilltop house with views across the city through picture windows. Exposed brick and the extensive use of natural wood maintain a mid-century atmosphere, enhanced by period furnishings and gleaming softwood floors throughout. The House Manual provides information about Jack's, as we call our house. We do not host guests with accompanying pets and smoking on any part of the house and property is not acceptable. If these rules are not to your liking then please do not book. Jack's Place is an original 1960's architect designed house. A master bedroom with direct access to the bathroom (en-suite except it is the only one!). The second bedroom features jarrah flooring and exposed brick wall. The living area features a unique view across the City especially at night. Functional kitchen and laundry, air conditioning and heating. The rental terms are for the whole house but if a couple book then it is expected only one bedroom is used. On booking it is best to clarify if both bedrooms are required. If not we do not make up the second bed. Jack's Place is a free standing brick residence with its own car space. There is a walled courtyard and front lawn area/garden (yet to be fully developed ). Cate and I live behind Jack's Place and both properties share a driveway. Naturally the drive must be kept clear at all time. More than happy to be contacted with any questions relating to Ballarat in general, food, wine and things to do. This 1962 house is in Golden Point, an old area in the City of Ballarat, about 125 kilometers west of Melbourne. These days the architecture of the area varies from 1860s dwellings, California bungalows, and modern high-density residences. Ballarat's main street is Sturt St. It is about a ten minute walk to the town centre and less to major supermarkets. Parking in town is charged via meter all week. On the edge of the central business district parking is free. Parking around the restaurant area of Armstrong St is difficult. My advice is to walk to dinner and Uber home. Local buses are confusing. Only a few minutes away is The Grapes Hotel, friendly and reliable. Ballarat weather can be variable. I have no control over the weather! We are perched about 375 metres above sea level, cold in Winter and hot in Summer. Summer nights tend to cool down. To keep the house warm and you comfortable, draw the blinds and turn on the heating. There are electric panel heater available in the house. Be very aware that they are not suitable for use when young children are part of the guest party. To cool the house, draw the blinds, close all windows and unnecessary doors and set the cooling for 10C below the outside temperature.

Fairlight Maison

Beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you'd need for a home away from home stay. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Separate living room with a cosy fireplace and dinning room for 6 people. A charming study with a small daybed, a desk and printer. Well equipped kitchen good enough for any chefs. Sunny balcony off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plunge pool with sunbed in the rear courtyard garden for soaking up the sun or alfresco entertaining & relaxation. We provide luxurious bedding linen, Egyptian Cotton bath towels, high end bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels and we don't have a BBQ. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket, Coles. Instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to use of course. Guests will have access to the entire house by themselves. Guests will have full privacy. The house is conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of the famous Manly Beach precinct, home to a multitude of trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. In addition, there's easy access to outdoor activities, such as bushwalking and surfing. If you don't want to do the 10-20mins walk to Manly, there is a local free bus shuttle (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) that takes you to directly to Manly Beach and Manly ferry. The bus stops right across the street in front of the house and comes around every 30mins. To go into the city there is also a public bus stop just around the corner but we suggest you take the scenic ferry ride across the Harbour into Sydney and you'll be in the heart of Sydney's tourist attractions. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of the house. There is always plenty of parking available. Fairlight La Maison is a terrace house on 3 levels so there are steep narrow stairs which might not be suitable for young children not used to stairs and elderly people. We have a gas fireplace. There is a Nespresso machine but only a sample of pods will be provided to get you started. If you would like use the Nespresso Coffee machine then you will need to buy extra coffee pods at the local supermarket. We don't have a BBQ. You will also need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide beach towels at the house. We don't own a cat but our neighbours do. Nero is the black cat and Oscar is the grey marble cat. They are super friendly cats and often wander into the house if the doors and windows are left open. If you are allergic to cats we suggest you don't allow them in the house.

A luxury in the central city, is the garage for off street parking for one small car. Free overnight parking off the street is available for a larger car. Clocktower Lane was designed by renowned architect Peter Beaven. This modern mews takes inspiration from London's metropolitan developments. The mews creates a private community inside one of Christchurch's thriving hotspots; the Victoria Street Precinct complete with a number of our best restaurants. The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay We are happy to provide recomendations to make your stay more enjoyable. We understand the pleasure of finding a favourite restaurant, cafe or local sight. Please feel free to ask. The building is located in one of Christchurch's thriving hotspots, the Victoria Street Precinct, complete with various top-rated restaurants. Hagley and Victoria Parks, The Art Gallery, Museum, Town Hall and Avon River are within walking distance. The choices are many and varied depending on your desire. Certainly walking is pleasant and convenient within the central city. Driving in Christchurch is easy and parking is readily available. Perhaps hire an electric bike dropped off to your door. Taxis are plentiful and the public bus from the airport to the city passes 1 minute away. Christchurch airport is a very easy 20 minute drive from the apartment Please note that the bedrooms and main bathroom is upstairs. There is no sleeping accomodation downstairs. Netflix is available for your entertainment should you choose to stay inand of course there is free wifi. If you require accommodation for a larger group, please look at our other Luxury Clocktower Lane apartments. You may wish to consider combining apartments for your group.

We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.
