Welcome to our home away from home! My husband and I have poured a lot of love into this place so that it can be somewhere that is welcoming for all. We value peace, tranquility and comfort and have a deep sense of connection to the beach and ocean. All year round, Bethany is a special place with great food and great people. We are an easy bike ride, walk or short 1 mile drive to the beach and about 15 minutes from Rehoboth, Dewey and Ocean City. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

Our charming coastal cottage offers everything you need to enjoy the best little beach town on the Delaware coast. Our quiet private street brings you to a front deck that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast smoothies. Entering the home, you will notice that the entire place is brand new! The brand-new kitchen offers a gorgeous table for eight, Alexa for your music selection, and new appliances. The living room boasts a 60-inch TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Every mattress is new!

Welcome to the Sea Salt Retreat! Open living concept with private deck space. Spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with sunroom for additional sleeping area. Create memories at walking distance preserve parks, or take a quick 2 mile drive to Bethany Beach. Beach chairs provided for convenient ease. 2 parking spaces in the driveway make it easy to come and go. Take a relaxing dip in the onsite community pool a few steps away. Perfect quiet getaway with easy access to many amenities in surrounding areas.

Utilities are included but pets, and cleaning are extra.

Unit 6302 at Bethany Bay is a 2 BR, 2 Bath, ground floor unit with panoramic views of the waterways and Indian River Bay. Sleeps 4. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fireplace, community outdoor pool, jogging/hiking path, 9 hole golf course. NON-SMOKING UNIT. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.
