With its location being only couple minutes walking distance away from the beach and the Boardwalk, our beach home is the perfect place to stay. Welcoming one bedroom studio 2 miles from the ocean. Private entrance, outside porches, furnished kitchen, full bath and queen sized bed. Cute, convenient and clean, with one SHARED WALL between the studio and main house. All amenities are self contained and noise is minimal. VERY convenient area Wifi & A/C Washer & Dryer TV, cable & Netflix We follow all cleaning protocol as specified by AirBnB. Our efficiency is for 1 or 2 guests ONLY. Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

Welcome to Salty Shark - direct oceanfront studio! This remodeled studio sleeps 4 and is in North Ocean City near great restaurants, bars, and 58 acre North Side Park. The park has sports fields, a recreation center, a walking/biking path, crabbing pier, playground, and outdoor fitness area. Building has outdoor pool in summer too! The unit features a King Murphy bed, and a Queen sofa bed. There's also an outdoor pool open in summer months!

All having Plenty choices of restaurants and entertainment up and down the coast of Rt1. You will have access to the apartment with a key lockbox .

Beautiful Bayfront Condo!

This condo has beautiful bay views. Just across the street from the beach. So close to restaurants and bars. You will feel right at home in our newly renovated 1st floor condo. Check in days from June 7th-Aug 30 are on Sunday with a 7 night minimum during those dates. Otherwise there is a 3 night minimum for all other times with any day available for check in. We will provide linens, sheets and 8 bath towels.
