You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Beautiful updated 3-bedroom 2-full bathroom residential house located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood in Gainesville Ga. Stylish finishes, fun entertainment for a whole family includes foosball table, basketball play and arcade machine. In the office area there is a twin day bed with trundle that can sleep two guests. You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.
