We are located about 1.5 hours from SFO airport and 1 hour from Oakland airport. Napa Valley located in North part of the county about 1 hour a way and we are near the winery by Livermore area. 35 minutes away from SF Factory outlet by Livermore. This home is 3 bedrooms with 2 full bath. Pet friendly.

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.

Only a short ride to the fast water to enjoy boating, fishing, wakeboarding, tubing, etc. Nearby wineries, fruit picking or scenic drives. An hour drive to San Francisco, Napa or Sacramento. Access to waterfront restaurant at the Marina by boat and 5 minute drive to shopping plaza with Safeway, CVS, Starbucks, etc.
