This cabin is conveniently located in the Gila Forest, 3 miles North of Reserve on Hwy 12 between New Mexico Game Management Units 16D and 15. We are ½ a mile NE of Eagle Point Lookout turnoff off Hwy 12 (GMU 16D) and 2.1 miles South of Torette Lake RD turnoff on Hwy 12 (GMU 15). In addition, Reserve Sportman’s Club shooting range is 1.7 miles (road travel) from the cabin. If needed, there is plenty of space on the property to shoot your bow (bring your own targets). Relax and enjoy our charming little house that was once used in our ostrich business. A big smart TV, great Wi-Fi, a nice comfortable king size bed and plenty of peace and quiet, make it a great place to stay. The big sectional couch can sleep a couple of kids (bedding is provided) if you want to bring them along. Come enjoy our beautiful White Mountains where there are trails to hike, great fishing, & snow skiing only 20 minutes away. We also have horse boarding available with booking.

This quintessential adobe New Mexico barn was renovated for an earthy experience. The casita is 1/3 of the full length barn. Accommodates from 2-4 in the heart of the Gila National Forest. Hike, horseback, hunting with your senses, a camera or a gun . . . whatever your pleasure! Very Private! Please be aware that earthen structures have "earthy" experiences like dust; insects at times; and earthy smells. Not likely to be your "cup of tea" if a cobweb is alarming to you.

We stay here regularly ourselves, & are glad to share our vacation home with you!

Eagar Family Cabins LLC

This Listing is for the Log Cabin. The Mountain House can be rented at the same time to acomodate family reunions or larger gatherings. This original Log Cabin is charming and cozy with a wood burning fireplace and wood mantel. There are 3 levels to the cabin with 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. There is a spacious basement and a pool table and couch with plenty of room for cousins to throw out sleeping bags. There are 4 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 bathrooms.

Little Colorado Cabin #2

We recommend this cabin for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). We only accept mature, well behaved dogs. That includes no cats. The max number of dogs is two (2). There is a fee associated with bringing your dog. Please read our house rules before booking.

Vacation in the White Mountains

Beautiful home located in a small town. Close to Sunrise Ski Resort for downhill skiing and snowboarding and close to lakes for fishing and sightseeing. Lots of hiking trails as well. House has 3 bedrooms, 2 full size beds and one queen. No cable TV but there is WIFI and every room has a smart TV for streaming. Dogs are always welcome.
