A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Fernseher, eine kleine Musikanlage sowie einige Gesellschaftsspiele sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und ihr könnt dort toll frühstücken. Weiterhin gibt es ein Duschbad.
