Hytta ligger helt ved vannet, det følger to kanoer med og det er også en solid robåt. Badstuen som ligger ved brygga kan bestilles om ønskelig. Fri parkering ca 150 meter fra hytta. Fin fisk i vannet, trenger ikke fiskekort.

Bad med dusj og toalett, varmekabler i gulvet. Stue med salonggruppe, spisebord og en koselig peis. Soverommene er svært små. Overbygd veranda med utemøbler. Sengetøy og handduker er ikke inkludert. Når snø, må man parkere ved veien og gå de siste 50 m opp til hytta. Parkering ved hytta om sommeren.
