Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Come join us on our small farm where you will enjoy luxury glamping at its very best. Take it easy relaxing in the hammock of our solar secret garden, recharge with a bubble bath and a stint in our infrared sauna; or hang out at either of our two fire pits listening to my retro vinyl collection. Farm fresh breakfast, private yoga or photography sessions with our 1951 Ford truck available upon request.

Welcome to our convenient , private attached suite in a very nice neighborhood. This has a separate entrance from the main house. No shared spaces except the backyard which we barely use. We are close to most amenities such as DFW airport (15), At&T Stadium (20), Stockyards(22), downtown Dallas and Fort Worth, dining and shopping areas. If you need a place for business, airport transits, concerts, visiting family, we have the place for you!

Only 15 minutes from DFW airport, the Texas Motor Speedway and outlet shopping. Hop on the highway to downtown Dallas or downtown Fort Worth in about 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to downtown Roanoke where there is a park, library, restaurants, shopping and more! Hawaiian falls 5 mins away!

Well, first, myself: I lived here—before I joined my parents down the block. Second, however, I created this home for you: The guest on a budget (fuck cleaning fees) with plans in Denton's best neighborhood. I love my home. A lot. And I think you will, too.
