Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Kodikas, siisti huoneisto omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Täysin varusteltu keittiö. Saunan voit lämmittää päivittäin, vilvoitella suojaisella terassilla, grillata (kaasu) ja takka löytyy. Makuuhuoneissa sijatut vuoteet (160 cm, 120 cm). Olohuoneen vuodesohva (140 cm). Matkasängyt pienille lapsille. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita (muista ilmoittaa varauksen yhteydessä). Liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous kuuluvat hintaan. Huoneisto on Kajaanin keskustasta noin kolme kilometriä lentokentän suuntaan.

There is 160 cm double bed and a third bed as an air mattress. A large glazed balcony with a seating group. 43" smart TV (e.g. Netflix), high-speed internet (200/200).

Mökki keskellä korpea

Lieksan jongunjoella erämökki rauhallisen lammen rannalla, keskellä korpea. Loistavat marjastus, sienestys, kalastus ja metsästysmaat heti mökin ovelta (kukkaro-lakla). Mökillä on sähköt. Lähellä olevia histori- ja retkeilykohteita mm. Rukajärventie, Änäkäinen, jongunjoki, karhunpolku ja ruunaan virkistyskalastus ja retkeilyalue. kysy viestillä syksyn viikonloppuja, ovat sovittavissa vaikka ovat alustavasti kiinni omassa käytössä. Pakkasaikaan ei mahdollisuutta juoksevaan veteen.

Siisti mökki Iijoen rannassa

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Klubbviken Sauna Retreat

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.

Tervetuloa Rokualle, missä mäntymetsät ja rauhallinen luonto tarjoavat täydellisen ympäristön rentoutumiseen. Paljon kehuja saanut puulämitteinen ulkosauna sijaitsee aivan mökin vieressä. Mökin takapihalta pääset lenkkipoluille, harjumaastoon ja suppakuoppien äärelle. Valaistut hiihtoladut löytyy noin 100m päästä. Lähistöllä Rokuan kansallispuisto, Rokua SPA kylpylä (4km) Sopii retkeilijöille, perheille ja rauhaa etsiville.
