Enjoy a converted camper as your private getaway in Southern VT. Less than 10 min to downtown Brattleboro, yet nestled in the woods for a quiet retreat. Full galley kitchen and living/lounge area. Wood stove for primary heating (electric backup for not so cold days). Outdoor spaces include a fire pit, deck, pool table, hot outdoor shower, outhouse (composting toilet), and forest for galavanting. The place is a perfect fit for two adults (queen bed) and one kid (63" long fold down couch).

Sitting on the edge of 275 acres of farmland means you will be sure to hear the turkeys gobble during the daytime or the whippoorwill at night. Relax and enjoy the scenery from the loft bed.

If you enjoy CAMPING, you will love sleeping in a vintage camper! It's a new year, and maple sugaring season starts soon. Come cozy up at the fire pit to a warm campfire and roast marshmallows. We provide plenty of firewood to build a nice campfire. The camper is safely located on our property and has beautiful views of the woods. Plenty of fresh drinking water is provided. Queen bed. NO SHOWER or Running water. Portable toilet. Heat. Grill. WIFI spotty while in the camper.

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.
