The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

Fernbeck Cottage is set in beautiful Nidderdale within the Yorkshire Dales. It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Sally’s Nook is a beautiful bolthole by the brook in the village of Hebden in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is newly renovated to a very high standard and perfect if you want to treat yourself to a luxurious few days or week in the Dales . There is a well equipped handmade kitchen , a log burner, exposed beams ,kingsize bed , freestanding bath , parking , smart TVs , WiFi and outside space by the brook . Idyllic location with walks and cycling on the doorstep .

Fabulous cottage in Coxwold, the perfect bolthole!

Braecote is a peaceful, warm, and welcoming cottage in the picture perfect village of Coxwold. With wide grass verges, honey coloured stone houses and a traditional country pub just up the road, Coxwold is one of the prettiest villages in North Yorkshire. York, Harrogate, Helmsley and Malton are close by, the North York Moors, Yorkshire Dales and east coast all within easy reach. Newburgh Priory is just up the road and Michelin starred Black Swan at Oldstead a short drive away.

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. We look forward to welcoming you to our renovated Cow Byre just a short drive from Ripon. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.
