The location is hard to beat, instantly to the left you have the beautiful coastal town of Clontarf with walking/cycling lanes bringing you all the way to howth offering plenty of bars/restaurants along the way. Its a peaceful complex but situated in the centre of everything! outside your door you have supermarkets, coffee, food, parks and an abundance of transport access

Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

Our tiny home is located in our garden, which is truly unique so close to the city center. It has its own small entrance.The famous COBBLESTONE BAR is minutes walk as is JAMESON DISTILLERY. Temple Bar and O’Connell St are about a 20 minute walk away. Stoneybatter was voted top 50 neighborhoods by TIMEOUT. There are lots of great bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.
