Ideally situated for cyclists and walkers as we are on a number of cycle and footpaths including the Wales coastal path. Cae Gwyn is in a quiet location but within walking distance of the village centre which has 2 pubs, a spar shop and a number of takeaway. We are also a short walk from the mainline railway station and on several bus routes.

The Welsh Mountain Zoo is a 5 minute drive or a minibus ride from the train station. We are based on a quiet road and a sea view from the garden. To be aware, it is not 10 minutes to Snowdon as the description says, it's a 30 minute drive.

We have lovingly converted the attached space to our home, Primrose Villa, to create Primrose Garden Studio, a self-contained space for guests. With two country pubs within walking distance, Chester zoo just 4 miles away and Chester city centre a ten minute drive we are ideally located for exploring this lovely part of Cheshire. Ystafell Las (The Blue Room) is a lovely, light room, with a double bed and king size duvet, large windows, and a view of Y Gogarth (Great Orme). Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small en suite shower room. A self-serve continental breakfast is available in our dining room, directly below The Blue Room.
