Enjoy sea-views from the living-room or be walking on the sand in 1 minute. The deck at the rear is sunny and rural with a sheltered BBQ area. Fully renovated, in keeping with it's Art Deco architecture, the gas-fire warms the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

New Modern 4 Bedroom House. Warm/Cosy. Heated/cooled by 2 Heatpumps and a woodburner. 15mins drive from Airport and Dunedin town centre. Generally quiet neighbourhood, but is near the Rescue Helicopter Base so on occaision helicopters can be heard. House is double glazed so this is not usually intrusive. Relax on the veranda or visit interesting shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, and the supermarket, just a 10 minute walk away with the stadium being a ten minute drive. The surf beaches are a short drive away in all directions. Closer to the door step are walking tracks and fishing spots. Maybe bike Te Aka Ōtakākou our shared pathway.
