Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. In a fabulous country village , only a mile to the beach , perfect for exploring the Coronation Coast . Lots of dog walks to explore , Cycling, Bird Watching , Plane spotting on the range , and of course visiting Donna Nook Nature reserve, especially , during the seal season -Mid Nov - End Dec - to view all the pups being born on the beach. Magical . You can walk to all local shop, restaurants, & takeaways . Louth is 10 miles away .

The cottage features a bright, open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge centered around a large Smart TV. While perfect for two adults sharing a king-size bed, we also offer a separate sofa bed (linen available for a small fee). Best of all? Park House Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self-catered holiday cottage. It sits on the Motley's farm land in the Lincolnshire countryside near to the Lincolnshire Wolds - an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house offers you and your pets a private retreat. There is so much to do locally in the countryside and the local beaches. Cows are grazing in the neighbouring field. If you so wish Marcus may call by with the Tractor and give you a insight into farming life.

The double bedroom provides a cosy space complete with large comfortable bed for the perfect nights sleep.

The Beeches, Goulceby (Willow)

You’ll love this charming property, set on an equestrian yard in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails (including The Viking Way), yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee and snacks.

Coastguard Cottage Retreat on Lincolnshire Coast

No. 3 Coastguard Cottage Sleeps 2 adults in a Double Bed with the option of a single and additional pull out bed in an adjoining room for additional guests/children on request. It is a mid terrace, stunning character cottage in the village of Saltfleet, overlooking Haven Bank which leads out to Sea. The cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard with an open fire, lawned garden to the front and closed courtyard to the back. Ideal for a romantic break with your dogs.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
