With only 5 mins flat stroll to the beautiful safe swimming beach of Orewa and only 7 minutes flat walk to the many Bars, Restaurants and shops of Orewa Beach, you will rarely need to use the car. The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance & a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car in the carport The room has a double bed & fridge w tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work is being carried out on the section next door to us which may result in some construction noise during the week. This will be completed by January 2027. Please take this into account when booking
