The groomed snowmobile trail which connects to thousands of miles of ITS is 150 yards from the property. Pellet stove is a great feature to relax by after adventuring.

Restaurants, groceries, brewery only 5 minutes away. Shin Pond Village is 30 minutes away. Plenty of parking for several cars, trailers and toys!
