Tramp, swing set, volleyball, pickleball, games, BBQ grill, picnic tables, BB hoop, hammocks, patio, deck. 10 minutes to USU & downtown. I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Family dinners fine.

Please let us know if you intend to use the second full bed in the home theater as it requires a little set-up time and effort. there is a single bed in the home theater you are welcome to use.
