The open-plan living area looks out to a covered balcony with a view of the Savannah River and Atlantic Ocean, just beyond the natural dunes. Open living area and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher & oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for only ONE vehicle.

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Marsh Top Suite - No Clean Fees!

This is a private master suite with private staircase, balcony, and entrance. The balcony overlooks the marsh, river, and ocean in the distance. Suite is locked off from the rest of the house and there is no shared space. King bed, 60 inch flat screen, large master bath with walk in shower, large master closet. Suite has own thermostat. Mini- fridge, microwave, and pod coffee maker with supplies provided. Kayaks, Paddle boards, basketball court. Sorry, we don't allow guests in the pool.

Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
