Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

The house is tucked into the back of our 300-acre working dairy farm and offers breathtaking views of Mt. Mansfield. We are located in between two of Vermont's best ski resorts, Jay Peak and Smuggler Notch. Come for a winter adventure full of downhill skiing, riding or x-country touring. Stay for the local breweries, distilleries and restaurants. Or just relax at the farm, cozy up by the wood stove and cook up some delicious farm raised food for dinner. This camp is a cute spot to go "GLAMPING" just off Lake Champlain in Northern NY, a great spot to unwind and this area has great fishing. Studio style camp with electric, bathroom and kitchen. Your own little tiny home camp. There is a dock to fish off or just relax by the water and a spot out in the water to anchor a boat if needed. Plenty of room to also pitch a tent or two and hang by a camp fire. I also like to mention our camp is in a great location for ice fishing and trail riding.

This is a spacious self contained unit with its own entrance in a beautiful VT lodge right next to Smugglers' Notch Resort. Enjoy air conditioning, a gas fireplace & a large private deck w grill. Many things to do nearby all seasons. Minutes from hiking "The Notch" and the Long Trail. 15-20 minutes to dining in Stowe in the summer and fall seasons. In the winter months you will need to take a 50 min detour around the mountain to Stowe. Enjoy cooking in a warm, well appointed kitchen.

Champlain Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.
