Apartment located in a house only 15 min from Manhattan. Bus stop in front of the building . Parking permit required to park on the street. Located in central area nearby restaurants, pizzeria, coffee shops, supermarkets and a laundry mat.The neighborhood is quiet, and with a privileged view of the skyline of Manhattan . Just across a tennis court and a block away a public swimming pool . 3 spacious bedrooms . Office room, spacious living room dining room,Kitchen,pantry room and a bathroom.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Pool is limited to Airbnb guests listed on reservation only. Pool hours are 8am-8pm.

Welcome to our cottage located just 1 hour north of NYC! It is nestled into 2.7 acres of beautiful gardens, mossy groves, and lovely woods. Nature abounds: The property abuts the 4000 acres of the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. A trailhead begins right across the driveway. The cottage is equipped with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, living room area, table for dining and working, and a sleeping loft. During the summer, a private salt water pool is available.
