The caravan is 40' x 14' with a large balcony to the front, sea views along with parking for 2 vehicles. Come and relax in comfort & style, walk, rest, recuperate, celebrate in this most beautiful part of England.

The property - over 2 floors, has access from both kitchen and living room. With off-road parking for 2 cars. The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!
