Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Quiet Cosy 1 bed flat, above Harbour, with Garden

'The Snug' is tucked away 50yds up a footpath from the historic Ilfracombe harbour, through private gardens. It is a perfect couple getaway bolthole for those wishing a peaceful retreat. 100yds further up the footpath brings you out onto Portland Street with a 2min walk to the High Street. The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.
