Or hop on the Highway 1/3 mile away. 3.5 miles to Airport, 30 to Redwood National & State Parks. We’ll share walls so you’ll sometimes hear me, though I try to be a considerate neighbor. Welcome to your quiet mountain retreat. Wake up under a canopy of trees and enjoy a morning coffee out on your own private patio. Get cozy with a restorative retreat in nature and make yourself at home after a scenic hike or day at the beach. You may catch the cherry blossoms in early spring and be visited by deer in the summer and fall. And in the winter, you’ll hear the meditative flow of the creek that runs along our property.

Fairfax Getaway in the Redwoods

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.
