Located in the beautiful & dynamic Historic Summerville area of metro Augusta, this secluded Cottage is tucked behind our turn-of-the-century Craftsman-style home. This peaceful space offers a studio-style combined living-bedroom area including a comfortable full size bed & a twin sleeper sofa. You’ll find a full bathroom, eat-in kitchen with a compact & versatile air fry oven, private porch w/ gas grill, WiFi & 55” smart TV, street-side parking, plus a single assigned off-street parking space.

Aiken Barndominium/Studio Apt

Bright, charming 408 sq ft studio apartment with a queen bed, work desk, lounge chair/ottoman, 3 piece private bathroom and kitchenette (sink, mini frig. & microwave). Also includes a dedicated closet, well stocked coffee station, smart TV, luggage rack, full sized ironing board and blow dryer. Windows and french doors offer roman shades with blackout panels for privacy. Access to a outdoor fire pit seating area is also included. Convenient to local attractions in Aiken, SC and Augusta, GA.

As one of our "H Guest House" vacation homes in Augusta GA , nearby the Augusta National Golf Club /MasterGolf Tournament: This space has private Pool, outdoor furnitures and electric BBQ grill to make your summer time complete. High speed internet and office equipment makes us the perfect place for "workcation" stay! Pet-friendly ($80 pet fee per stay) Board games and plenty of spaces for family gathering. New AC / R60 insulation system, make you a comfortable stay in summer and winter.
