Two little houses with a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Samiopoula island. The main house accommodates 2 in a separate bedroom and one child up to 12 years old in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The smaller house accommodates three people in one space. It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive stone staircase leads to the waterfront. The complex is accessible only with a 4x4 Jeep. Closest village 20’ away.

A unique stone built rural house with a lovely garden in Volissos. Renovated to offer all modern amenities while retaining the traditional stone touch. Ideally located 150 m from the beach. The house, spacious and serene, surrounded by orange and lemon trees , is the best place for peaceful vacation, away from crowded and noisy areas, ideal for total relaxation and peace of mind! The garden, fully equipped with furniture, BBQ and our favorite hammock, guaranties a unique vacation experience.

Luxurious traditional stone house in South Chios

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

The Oz Bay Beach House was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer a unique seaside accommodation experience, both to newlyweds who choose to organize their event in Oz Bay, and to independent guests who wish to combine their stay with the rest of the facilities offered in the area. The boho-style decoration and the rich facilities of the Beach house will allow you to experience a complete summer experience by the sea.

My home is in the city center. It is an independent little décor with all amenities and fast wi-fi, making guest accommodation comfortable and functional. Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.
