Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Tinos, Agios Romanos

The house is located at Agios Romanos' beach. The beach can be accessed on foot. There is a tavern, a small cafe and a beach bar. The sofas and the KIng size bed are built-in. The most outstanding feature of the house is the unique view, which you can enjoy from every room and the balcony. After every accommodation, the house is sanitized with the use of a steam cleaner and detergents that contain chlorine. During your stay and if you wish to, the house is cleaned every 3 days, free of charge.

This 55 sq.m. eco-friendly house is located 18 mins by car from the port of Tinos, on the west side of the island, nestled in an olive grove and flanked by rocky landscape and a view of the Aegean Sea. This traditional farmhouse has been redesigned in a minimal style. The space is ideal for a couple who loves country living and privacy. It offers a chance to decompress from city life, and reconnect with the simplicity and tranquility of nature and mindfulness.

Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Το σπίτι διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με ένα διπλό κ δύο μονα κρεβάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα,πολύ άνετο μπάνιο, κλιματισμό κ wifi σε όλους τους χώρους Αυτό το παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για ήσυχες κ χαλαρωτικές διακοπές.

Welcome to our home, ideal for up to four guests & one baby. From the balcony and the windows of the apartment you can enjoy the view of the iconic windmills of Chios as well as the sea. Just 10 minutes walk from the center of Chios, you have easy access to restaurants, cafes, super markets. There is a free street parking right opposite the apartment.
