Wake up to the sound of birds in this contemporary designed well built house, just a short stroll away from the beach and nature reserve. Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Fullt utrustad lägenhet belägen i utkanten av Nyhamnsläge. Nära till havet där det finns hamn, strand, badplats och naturreservat. Cykelväg finns runt hörnet och via den kommer man norrut till Mölle, Kullaberg och Krapprup. Söderut når man Höganäs. Är man intresserad av fiske finns goda möjligheter att fiska från stranden. Lägenheten är en avdelad biyta i en större villa. Det är egen ingång och altandörr mot trädgård. Badrummet har toa, handfat, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. "Stallet" is an annex to an old farm in a charming fishing village next to the famous nature reserve Kullaberg. Modern open kitchen/living room with sea view and a fireplace. Upstairs, a double bedroom and 2 beds on the landing. Terrace for sunny days. Ideal for sea and nature lovers. Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
