The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. 2 Bed Holiday Apartment with spectacular sea views

This is the perfect choice for a seaside holiday in the popular North Norfolk coastal town of Sheringham. The apartment is in a spectacular seafront location and is situated on the first floor with bay windows at the front overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have zip and link superking beds which can be arranged as two standard size (3 ft/90cm) single beds if required. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a second bathroom (small 4ft 6in/140cm bath with shower over).

Charming bedroom with super-king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and large comfortable kitchen. Cley is a bird watcher's paradise as it is on a number of migratory routes. The area is fantastic for walking. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, this accommodation is now self-contained with full and sole use of the attached kitchen, which has its own private entrance door. The hand-over will be contactless. We are ensuring that there is a two day gap between bookings to allow for a deep clean.

Sandy Toes annexe is attached to my home with all its own private facilities. It's fully gas centrally heated so very warm and cosy even in the chill of winter. Ideal for beach holidays just a few hundred yards from the beach. Dogs are welcome, access to a small pretty garden and walking distance to pubs, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Kebab & Chinese. On-site massage in a private secluded studio available on request.
