Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Very cozy Apartment for 2. "HH1"

With approximately 23 square meters, it is the smallest - the "cozy" apartment for one person, be happy for 2, when the 140-bed, he is big enough for you. Nevertheless, everything is there to feel comfortable at once: a fully equipped, ultra modern mini kitchen with espresso machine, a flat screen TV, wireless, wall safe, a little work and an elegant bathroom. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. Here you can spend hours relaxing in the garden.

Der Flughafen ist zehn Min. mit dem Auto entfernt, und die Hamburger Innenstadt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht und innerhalb von ca. 30 Min. zu erreichen. Die voll ausgestattete Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Garten mit Terasse, der Privatsphäre garatiert, und ist sehr kinderfreundlich.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung im "Bullerbü"-Stil ist neu eingerichtet und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und die Möglichkeit, draussen zu sitzen. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Weitere wichtige Hinweise: Wir wohnen selber im Haus nebenan und sind daher schnell vor Ort, sollte irgendetwas unklar sein.

The accommodation is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac next to a park with a small lake. The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Im EG der modernisierten Maisonette-Wohnung befinden sich das Tageslicht-Bad (inkl. WaMa) sowie ein geräumiger Flur. Im OG schließen sich die voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Klein, aber fein! Wer die Natur und die Ruhe liebt, wird sich hier in Hamburg Neugraben sehr wohl fühlen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Netflix inklusive. :) Und wer den Trubel liebt: Die Hamburger Innenstadt ist nicht weit. Eine halbe Stunde und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Für bis zu 2 Personen. Die Check-In-Zeit kann bei Bedarf und nach Absprache auch früher möglich sein.

Hier gibt es alles was man braucht, um einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Hamburg zu verleben. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Optimal ist eine Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen + 1 - 2 Kindern. Das zweite Bett ist ein Etagenbett. Unten hat es 1,20m x 2,00 und oben 0,90 x 2,00 m. Der obere Teil ist für Kinder von 6-12 Jahren geeignet.

Stadtnahe Familienvilla, Park ähnliche Lage

Ruhig gelegen, Park-ähnliches großes Grundstück, Zone 30 - nur ca. 1.500m zum Zentrum und Bahnhof mit vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Riesige Badetherme mit großer Saunalandschaft im Ort. Our listed Art Nouveau house is located in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs, very quiet and amidst greenery, about 20 minutes from the city, close to public transport and shops. There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.
