If you expect luxury, space, silence and hotel service — this is not your place. Inside is an 8 m² room — perfect if you travel light or like each other. This place is small and quirky — if you’re picky, you might want to look elsewhere. Outside: seating area, barbecue and eco-toilet. Shower in the main house.

The fence has a remote controlled gate. The house has air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are and on the first floor there is also a sauna.

The house includes a sauna, hot tub, a shower with heated floors, WC, an open living room and sleeping area in the “attic”. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV with Netflix access, coffee machine etc. Heating/cooling is provided by an integrated air conditioner. The house can be enjoyed all year round.

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.
