Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haut de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Die helle und freundliche Wohnung mit Wohn- und Schlafraum befindet sich im Gartengeschoss unseres Hauses, das über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Sehr gute Busanbindung zur Innenstadt. Im Stadtteil gibt es ein Café, einen Eissalon, zwei Pizzerien und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (10 Min Fußweg) und viel Grün. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten finden sich auf dem Grundstück oder direkt vor dem Haus oder in der Hauptstraße, 100m vom Haus.

Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. Zur Innenstadt sind es 4 km, es besteht eine sehr gute Busanbindung. Das Apartement befindet sich im 2 OG und hat einen eigenen abschließbaren Eingang. Ein privater PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus. Das kleineTageslichtbad ist mit einer Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet.

Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.

Unser ca. 30qm großes Studio steht dir zur alleinigen Verfügung, hat einen eigenen Zugang und Parkplatz. Viele Rad- und Wanderwege finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unser Studio liegt ebenerdig, ist aber nur durch eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei).
