Lakefront Guest Suite with Spa and Dock

Casa de Cozumel (House of Swallows) is a beautiful Lakefront Home on Clear Lake just one hour north of the Napa Valley and 3 hours north of San Francisco. This listing is for the lower floor guest suite with seperate entrance, bath, kitchenette and bedroom and fireplace sleeps 5 ($150 -$225 per night). There is private patio, bbq , firepit, dining area that our guests have exclusive use of. We also give our guests exclusive use of the sundeck, dock, spa and lower patio. The kitchenette inside is small and is suitable for light use. We have added a small Apt size stove/oven (with pots and pans) and refrigerator to a covered outdoor kitchen. There is also the following: compact under counter refer/freezer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, InstaPot and juicer. Most people use the bbq to grill and make salads etc. We have two small kayaks and one SUP (stand up paddle) available for our guests and you are welcome to bring your own kayak, canoes and PWC. We do not rake any responsibility for injuries due to use of these items as they are used at your own risk. Required rules for using the spa,. kayak and sup are posted in the unit. If you plan on bringing a motorboat please inquire prior to arrival if space is available. This property is perfect for couples, small family groups, friends and traveling professionals. You must be at least 21 to book this property or be a guest UNLESS you are traveling with a parent or guardian. In order to keep this listing available for travelers and holiday seekers we also do not allow residents of Lake County to book without prior permission of the host. The house rules are posted inside the space. We do ask that you be respectful and obey the quiet times of 10pm to 7am and follow the checkout procedures. As of the summer of 2025 we have plenty of water in front of our dock and no significant Algae blooms. During the summer months the water quality for swimming because of Algae blooms though can vary day to day. We will do our best to advise the lake quality but there are still plenty of activities, kayaking, fishing and soaking in the spa. We can offer suggestions of other closeby lakes with beach access that are available for day use. We recommend Pine Acres Resort with a Day Pass Mon - Thur for $15 or Blue Lakes Lodge everyday $50. Reservations are required for both. You can also access the lake free from Hwy 20. We are required to collect TOT taxes , city of Clearlake and County of Lake for a total of 11.5% for stays less than 30 days. Or, you can stay home & cook a meal in its deluxe kitchen. King size beds in both bedrooms. Restaurants, coffee, & shopping within easy walking distance.

Beautiful New Deck with 10’x10’ Gazebo! Spectacular views of Mount Konocti and Clearlake, the largest freshwater lake in California. Pet friendly Cottage (B) $15 pet cleaning fee paid in lock box. Watch out for killer hummingbirds , rangale of deer, speed-demon Quail, wild Turkeys. LOL IMPORTANT for Locals: message me the reason for your stay. Lots of problems with locals. (Parties, etc) 99% of guests are stopovers or vacation getaways. I Reserve the right to cancel questionable bookings.

Cottage on lakeside property.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Samadhi’s Birdhouse is a quiet retreat perched atop a tiny peninsula that juts out into the southern portion of Clear Lake reaching toward Mount Konocti [Mountain Woman in Pomo].
