Shobrooke Mill Farmhouse is a peaceful and quintessential English country retreat - a Grade II listed farmhouse with truly breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside. Just a 15 minute drive to Exeter city centre and 30 minutes to the closest beach. A local train station with routes from north to south Devon is within a mile. There is an extensive network of footpaths from the front gate along the famous Tarka Trail with some superb country pubs on the way, including the Beer Engine.

An ‘upside-down’ cottage, Yan’s barn, formerly a stable, is a cosy retreat for two. A snug double bedroom downstairs opens onto the enclosed outdoor decked area, complete with table & chairs. Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
