Brierley Bungalow is ideally situated approximately 1/2 mile from the beach and train station. Also 1/4 mile from the picturesque village of Cockington, with its lovely Country Park. Local pubs being The Drum at Cockington Village and Chelston Manor. The garden is enclosed. The area is very quiet At the front of the property is St. Matthews Field, ideal for dog walking. Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
